Day 1Home to Sydney

Our journey begins on our international flight to the largest city in Australia, Sydney.

Day 2Enroute to Sydney

As we cross the Pacific Ocean, we will pass through the International Date Line as we continue towards our destination, Sydney.

Day 3Arrive at Sydney

Once we land at Sydney International Aiport (SYD) we will being our tour immediately with a visit to Hyde Park, Mrs. MacQuarie's Chair, the Sydney Art Gallery, St. Mary's Cathedral, and the world famous Sydney Opera house. In the afternoon, enjoy free time in the Rock's and Darling Harbour where we will have dinner served on a twilight cruise through the bay.

Day 4Sydney

In the morning we take a trip to the world famous Blue Mountains by luxury coach, enjoy amazing views of Echo Point and the Three Sisiters Rock. Later, we take a scenic ride on the Katoomba Railway down the mountains into the Australian Wildlife Park. We will also make a quick stop at the location of the 2000 Summer Olympic Games.

Day 5Sydney

After breakfast, we will have a free day to explore everything the great city of Sydney has to offer, or You may join an optional excursion to Canberra, the capital city of Australia.

Day 6Sydney, Melbourne, & Phillip Island

This morning we take a flight to Melbourne, the second largest city in Australia and home to the historic Fitzory Gardens, Cook's Cottage, and the Royal Botanic Gardens. In the afternoon we drive by the Gurdie Winery and the lush forests before arriving at Phillip Island. On Phillip Island we will catch the spectacular Penguin Parader at the Nobbies Center which includes a lobster dinner!

Day 7Melbourne

Today we take a morning tour of Melbourne by way of the City Circle Tram, which will take us through areas of interest including Victoria Market, the Melbourne Art Gallery, and Federation Square. After lunch in Melbourne's Chinatown, you will have the rest of the day to relax at the resort, or continue to explore the city at your leisure.

Day 8Melbourne to Queenstown

After breakfast, we depart Australia from the Melbourne International Airport (MLB) and head to New Zealand. Due to its remoteness, it was one of the last lands to be settled by humans. During its long isolation, New Zealand developed a distinctive biodiversity of animal, fungal and plant life. We arrive in Queenstown, located on New Zealand's South Island, a land treasured for its magnificent scenery, adventure opportunities, and closeness to nature. You will have the remainder of the day free to explore this awe inspiring land.

Day 9Queenstown, Milford Sound, & Te Anau Lake

Today we travel to Milford Sound for a scenic cruise to view the magnificent Fjords, which has been rated a world class travel destination and the most visited place in NZ. Our cruise passes through unspoiled mountain landscapes and Homer Tunnel. Spectacular waterfalls, lush rainforest, and deep cliffs make Milford Sound unforgettable. Perhaps you'll see seals, penguins, and dolphins that frequent the waters, you might even see a whale! Enjoy an international buffet lunch on board. Return to Queenstown via Te Anau, the largest lake in NZ South Island, for sightseeing along the lake side.

Day 10Queenstown & Arrowtown

We spend the morning in Queenstown, where you can relax at the resort, explore the city, or try one of the many extreme sports that are readily available, such as bungy jumping, sky diving, or jet skiing! In the afternoon we go to Arrowtown, a historical gold mining town situated on the banks of the gold-bearing Arrow River where we'll have a BBQ dinner before returning to Queenstown.

Day 11South Island to North Island, Auckland, the Waitomo Cave, & Rotorua

In the morning we depart the much less populated South Island of NZ for the North Island, home to the most populous city in the country, Auckland. Known as the "city of sails" we will depart from the city airport and head South along the Waitomo river, which carved out our first destination, the Waitomo Glowworm Cave. Afterwards we continue onto Rotorua, a place inhabitied by the indigenous Maori People. Spend some time at the beautiful Rotorua Lake before a special venison dinner.

Day 12Rotorua

Take a brief city tour in Rotorua in the morning. After a sheep show at Agrodome, go down to Lake Taupo, the largest lake in New Zealand, where we will have a chance to view the mighty Huka Falls. Come back to Rotorua in the afternoon. Drive along the scenic route with a stop at Redwood Walking Trail. Before dawn, arrive Maori Village where we experience Maori's unique lifestyle and traditions through its cultural artifacts, handicrafts, buddling mud pools and geysers. If time permits, you may take an optional hot bath at thermal spring. Tonight, Enjoy Hangi dinner banquet and Maori traditional show at Te Puia.

Day 13Rotorua to Auckland

In the morning we leave Rotorua and return to Auckland. Our city tour of Auckland starts immediately upon arrival, and shows us the Harbor Bridge, King's Domain, Tamaki Drive. Finally, enjoy a panoramic view of the city on Mount Eden. Of course, you'll get some free time for shopping. Complete the last night of the tour with an exciting farewell dinner. After the seafood buffet dinner, we then transfer to Sky Tower, the highest tower in Southern hemisphere for a fantastic night view of the city from the top.

Day 14Auckland to Home

All too soon our fascinating journey has reached its end. Board our flight and return to the US with fond memories.

General Reservations Terms & Conditions

  1. A $100/person nonrefundable deposit is due within 7 days of tour confirmation. If the reservation date is less than 30days prior to the tour departure date, full payment is due at time of reservation. Deposits may be made by check or cash. Credit card deposits will incur a 4% service fee.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be by written notice via email, fax or post sent directly to Signature Travel & Tours. Cancellation fees apply. Please refer to each individual tour's terms and conditions for cancellation fee schedule.

Tour Fare Inclusions

  1. Transportation by air-conditioned motor-coach
  2. Hotel accommodations for trips lasting more than 1 day. Price is based on two adults sharing one room, double occupancy.
  3. Sightseeing excursions and entrance fees as specified in the itinerary. Exclusions may apply. Please refer to the individual tour's Terms and Conditions for inclusions and exclusions.
  4. Escorted tours are conducted in Mandarin and/or English by professional tour guides. Refer to each individual tour for language specifications.
  5. Meals are included only where indicated in the tour itinerary. All other meals are not included.

Tour Fare Exclusions

  1. Airfare is not included in any of the tour prices unless otherwise indicated or specified. It is the responsibility of the traveler to arrive at the starting point of the tour.
  2. Meals not indicated in the itinerary.
  3. Any optional tour or activity not indicated in the itinerary.
  4. Transportation fee to/from your home town to/from the airport.
  5. Gratuity for tour guides, drivers, bellman, maid, etc.

General Conditions and Responsibility

  1. Tour Cancellation: Signature Travel & Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to the departure of the tour, Signature Travel & Tours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour. Signature Travel & Tours will try to re-book the same or similar tour, subject to availability.
  2. Seat Rotation: All seat in coach tours will have seats rotated daily by the tour guide and particular seats cannot be booked.
  3. Itinerary variations: Signature Travel & Tours constantly strives to improve its tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels.
  4. Passport & Visas: Please ensure you have the proper documents for travel and to verify with the consulate of the country you are traveling to prior to your trip.
  5. Signature Travel & Tours reserves the right to decline, to accept or retain any person as a tour participant should such person's mental or physical health impede the operation of the tour or the rights of other tour participants.
  6. Our tour guides are not professionally trained in supplementing first aid or assisting with the disabled. Signature Travel & Tours is not in the position of providing any kind of special attention to clients with special needs. Should someone with special needs wish to join a tour, they must provide for their own care-taker.
  7. It is strongly recommended that infants under two years old join in any long distance tours.
  8. By participating in this tour, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Signature Travel & Tours and may not be altered.
Passports & Visas It is the responsibility of the Traveler to have a valid passport, with a validity of at least six (6) months after your tour end date. Your travel consultant or Signature Travel & Tours can assist you in obtaining the necessary application forms to obtain your passport. Non-US citizens must consult with the appropriate consulates to determine if any additional visas are required. It is suggested that all travelers, regardless of the passport they hold, check with the appropriate consulates of the countries being visited to determine if any visas are required. Should you wish for Signature Travel & Tours to process your China visa, the fee is $170USD for a one year, multiple entry visa for US citizens, valid from the issue date and good for a stay of up to 30 days in China per visit. The processing time is 10 working days. You must submit your original passport, one (2x2) color photo with a white background, and a completed China visa application to our office. The visa fee is non-refundable for any reason and is subject to change without prior notice. If you require expedited return service, please enclose an additional $25 to your total deposit and it will be sent back immediately upon return from the consulate. If you are applying for your own China visa, a copy of your passport should be sent to Signature Travel & Tours along with a copy of your China visa. All documents and air tickets will be issued under your passport name. Signature Travel & Tours is not responsible should you be denied a visa or entrance for any reason into a foreign country, regardless if you have a valid passport and visa, in which case, the visa fee and land reservations will not be refunded.
